For many, GLP-1 treatments work. Get the same active ingredient (semaglutide or tirzepatide) compounded for a fraction of the cost. Ask us how to help you curb cravings and start achieving your weight loss goals.
Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide is not approved nor evaluated for safety or effectiveness by the FDA.

FAQ
What is Central Fill?
A central fill pharmacy is a pharmacy that prepares and fills prescriptions off-site for other pharmacies to be dispensed. The medication is shipped directly from the central fill pharmacy to S & W -- specifically for you! Since not every pharmacy has a sterile compounding facility on site, the central fill process is what allows the patient to obtain their compounded medication here, locally, at S & W Pharmacy. Each pharmacy is licensed by the Georgia Board of Pharmacy.
Who Should Avoid the Medication?
If you have Type 1 Diabetes, are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, have pancreatitis, or have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer/multiple endocrine neoplasia, you should not take this medication.
